Bitib's affiliate program offers partners lifelong rewards. The referrer is rewarded when the individual who registered from affiliate link trades on Bitib exchange.

How do I refer someone?
Have the user create an account from the link designated by CoinBack.

You can receive it in BTC, ETH, USDT.

How do I check my cashback amount?
The cashback amount can be viewed on My Account page after logging in.

When will the cashback amount be added to My Page?
A month worth of cashback will be added on ----- (the next business day in the case of Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays).

How do I open an account?
To open an account on a cryptocurrency exchange, you need to open an account from the account opening link designated by CoinBack. Please note that accounts opened using anything other than the designated link cannot be used.

Can I unsubscribe or resubscribe to the service?
CoinBack does not cancel the service due to the nature of the service, but we will delete the registration information and proceed with withdrawal. Please note that once you withdraw, you will be deemed to have waived your unpaid cashback balance.

We have a fixed mining fee of 0.0004 BTC.

How long does it take for withdrawal?
Withdrawals are made once a month. We do not charge withdrawal fees, only mining fees.

Minimum withdrawal amount XXX BTC. Withdrawal fees are fixed regardless of the withdrawal amount.

Why can I not make immediate withdrawals?
CoinBack stores 100% of your assets in a multisig cold wallet. Since multisig cold wallets are offline cold wallets and require multiple approvers before withdrawal, immediate withdrawal is not possible.

Can I check the transaction hash?

Can I have multiple user accounts?
An individual can only have one user account on CoinBack. However it is possible to have multiple trading accounts with a single user account, so feel free to consider using it with multiple companies.
